To access certain services offered by the platform, we may require that you create an account with us or provide personal information to complete the creation of an account. We may at any time in our sole and absolute discretion, invalidate the username and/or password without giving any reason or prior notice and shall not be liable or responsible for any losses suffered by, caused by, arising out of, in connection with or by reason of such request or invalidation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identification, password, account details and related private information. You agree to accept this responsibility and ensure your account and its related details are maintained securely at all times and all necessary steps are taken to prevent misuse of your account. You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. You agree and acknowledge that any use of the Site and related services offered and/or any access to private information, data or communications using your account and password shall be deemed to be either performed by you or authorized by you as the case may be. You agree to be bound by any access of the Site and/or use of any services offered by the Site (whether such access or use are authorized by you or not). You agree that we shall be entitled (but not obliged) to act upon, rely on or hold you solely responsible and liable in respect thereof as if the same were carried out or transmitted by you. You further agree and acknowledge that you shall be bound by and agree to fully indemnify us against any and all losses arising from the use of or access to the Site through your account.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete at all times. You are obligated to update details about your account in real time by accessing your account online. For pieces of information you are not able to update by accessing Your Account on the Site, you must inform us via our customer service communication channels to assist you with these changes. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without prior notice to you. We may at any time in our sole and absolute discretion, request that you update your Personal Data or forthwith invalidate the account or related details without giving any reason or prior notice and shall not be liable or responsible for any losses suffered by or caused by you or arising out of or in connection with or by reason of such request or invalidation. You hereby agree to change your password from time to time and to keep your account secure and also shall be responsible for the confidentiality of your account and liable for any disclosure or use (whether such use is authorised or not) of the username and/or password.

The personal information / data provided to us by you or your use of the Site will be treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. You agree, understand and acknowledge that the Site is an online platform that enables you to purchase products listed at the price indicated therein at any time from any location using a payment method of your choice.
Continued availability of the website
We will do our utmost to ensure that access to the Site is consistently available and is uninterrupted and error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet and the nature of the Site, this cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, your access to the Site may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

 

Your submission

 


Anything that you submit to the Site and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions without any notice or legal course applicable to us in this regard.

 

Termination

 

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Olfactory Club in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

 

Refund Policy

 

For online payments, the refund process could take 8 to 10 workdays depending on the payment method involved.

 

Return Policy

 

Please check the product/s while receiving it; in front of the delivery person. Claiming damaged product/s after receiving will not be accepted.


Bulk Orders

Bulk Orders. Our agreements with the major brand houses include clauses where we agree not to sell cosmetics and fragrance on for the purpose of resale. Where we suspect that customers are buying large numbers of items for the purposes of reselling them, we reserve the right to cancel these orders at any point up to the item being dispatched. Due to this restriction, we reserve the right to cancel any orders of 5 or more units.
Temporarily Out of Stock Items
We update our web site regularly with stock that we have available however, if you order an item and it is out of stock (may be due to unprecedented demand) then we will refund you the amount for the item and any associated services such as delivery or gift wrapping.
If you order multiple items and some items are temporarily out of stock (may be due to unprecedented demand) then we will send you the items that are currently in stock and refund you the amount for the items not currently in stock.
Note:
Any product which has been used or if the product's cellophane/packaging has been opened - then it can not be REFUNDED or REPLACED afterwards. Unless it's faulty or broken inside.

- Delivery costs are clearly listed on our Delivery page and at the checkout (before your order is completed) as we understand the cost of delivery varies with different factors.
- Please check the delivered products & packaging immediately after receiving in presence of delivery staff.
- In case of damaged packaging/product, wrong quantity of products that you originally ordered online, wrong products/product variants delivered; please check the delivery package and inform the delivery person immediately to return the products. You are also recommended to call us at our customer service number: 01976100988. Kindly mention your name and order ID during the call so that we can resolved the issue swiftly.
- Any damaged return/replacement claim after delivery person leaves will not be accepted.
- If you want the product to be gift wrapped, kindly mention it in the order comment section when you place the order online. This may cause delay in dispatching your order.
- If we offer any engraving service or you request for any addition customization to the packaging then we understand that you have allowed us 5 working days to process that request.

Olfactive Nerds Subscription Terms

 

a. How does it work: In month 1, we send you an atomiser in black or white with an 5ml refill of your choice of sample fragrance, and subsequently we send you the 5ml refill of your sample fragrance choice each month thereafter (ensure you keep hold of your atomiser from your first delivery).
Your first sample fragrance should arrive with you within 5 working days of the next month of placing your subscription, with subsequent fragrance refills to follow each month around the day you placed your initial subscription.
b. Delivery: Once an order has passed all security checks, the order will generally be dispatched within the last 2 working days of the preceding month. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at the checkout to confirm dispatch. Orders generally take around 3 working days to arrive, but please allow for up to 05 working days for delivery.
c. Availability: Subscription services are only available in the Bangladesh and delivery is free on all subscription orders.
d. Subscription and gifting fees: Olfactive Nerds offers a variety of subscription options. Fees are dependent on which subscription or bundle you select. Payment is made by AMEX, Mastercard or VISA.
You can purchase subscription in store for a minimum period of 12 months, the cost of which is BDT 18000. You will be charged the total amount using the card you used to start your subscription in store. However, you may enjoy the flexibility of paying the amount through EMI depending on the terms and conditions set by your card provider.
e. Duration and cancellation: Please note that you are committing to the entire subscription duration. Therefore, unless you purchased your subscription online and cancel within 25th day preceding month you receive your first subscription box, you will be tied into the subscription for the remainder of the subscription term you chose.
The subscription will automatically renew at BDT 1500 per month after the initial term, unless cancelled by you in accordance with your statutory rights or if you cancel up to 7 days before your next order is submitted for dispatch of your next monthly subscription after the initial term.
f. Your statutory right to cancel: If you purchased your subscription online, you have until the 25th day of your preceding month you receive the delivery of the first subscription box to change your mind. You do not have the right to cancel in respect of any used goods or a subscription purchased in store. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us and we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct monies from refunds where the good show signs of use leading to diminished value.
g. Lost items: If you believe an item is lost in the post, we cannot resend it or offer a refund until 15 working days after the date of dispatch. If you have an item which you believe is lost and today's date is more than 15 working days after dispatch, please email admin@olfactoryclub.com stating your order number, email address and full name. Your query will be investigated with the courier and you will need to fill out a form. We cannot offer re-delivery or a refund until after the courier investigation is complete.
h. Damaged order: Please contact our Customer Services team within 24 hours of receipt of your order on 01976100988. Please do not throw the packaging away as you may be asked to return it or take photographs of the damaged parcel/contents. In order to update your subscription details, simply log into your account, then navigate to your subscription management account section. If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to re-set it.
