How do I pay?

You can either pay online or over the phone. We accept payment through Bkash, Nagad, Visa, and MasterCard. 

How can I track my order?

When you use one of our tracked delivery services, we’ll automatically send you an email with your tracking number, and the address for the courier company’s tracking website, as soon as we dispatch your order. Follow the simple instructions to keep tabs on your order every step of the way. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you order through our regular delivery service than it may take 48 hours to be dispatched. In terms of our Pathao express service the delivery will be done within 24 hours and in this case the expense will also differ. 

What is your return policy?

Please package your product(s) securely in the original packaging and return to the address below. You will also need to include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s). This will enable us to refund the correct account. In order to complete the return process you have to fill in the return form

What do I do if I have not received my product?

- If you have not received your order after the time periods outlined in “How long will it take to receive my order?” Please contact us and we will do all we can to help. 

How do I know your website is secure?

Security is extremely important to us, our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers. 

What if my item is damaged upon receipt?

If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at admin@olfactoryclub.com.  within 14 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Note that orders placed with our retail partners are subject to the refund and return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt. 

I entered the wrong address what can I do?

Contact admin@olfactoryclub.com immediately.  In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. 

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! Please contact admin@olfactoryclub.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for dispatch or shipping. 

How can I check the status of my order?
