Delivery and Returns

You can either pay online or over the phone. We accept payment through Bkash, Nagad, Visa, and MasterCard.

When you use one of our tracked delivery services, we’ll automatically send you an email with your tracking number, and the address for the courier company’s tracking website, as soon as we dispatch your order. Follow the simple instructions to keep tabs on your order every step of the way.

If you order through our regular delivery service than it may take 48 to 72 hours to be delivered. In terms of our Pathao express service the delivery will be done within 24 hours and in this case the expense will also differ.

In order to return a product please package your product(s) securely in the original packaging and return to the address below. You will also need to include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s). This will enable us to refund the correct account. In order to complete the return process you have to fill in the return form.  Eligible refund will be processed with 3 - 7 working days.


If you have not received your order after the time periods outlined in “How long will it take to receive my order?” Please contact us and we will do all we can to help.

If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at admin@olfactoryclub.com within 14 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.


Note that orders placed with our retail partners are subject to the refund and return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt. 

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for dispatch or shipping.
